Service Description
Booking Details
- The reservation is only confirmed upon receipt of a WhatsApp confirmation message.
- One-on-one retouching at the store may require waiting time depending on the number of people present, so please allow an extra 30 minutes for waiting.
- All service add-ons are limited to the same person and the same makeup and hairstyle.
- To protect other customers' rights, please arrive on time for your appointment. All reservations will be held for 10 minutes; if late, you will need to reschedule. Late arrivals may have their retouching time reduced or be arranged for online retouching.
- If additional services are purchased on the spot, retouching arrangements may be adjusted according to the store's situation or switched to online retouching.
- The store provides SF express local delivery service for printed photos. Please inquire with store staff for details.
Clothing and Styling Arrangements
- All customers need to bring their own outfits for ID photos, professional image photos, portrait resume photos, and student photos.
- We recommend wearing dark, less patterned, or plain clothes to stand out against the background paper. Avoid wearing clothes that match the background color (e.g., avoid white clothes for a white ID photo).
- The Studio offers hair styling tools and a dressing table for customers to self-groom. We recommend arriving 15 minutes early to prepare.
- We offer professional makeup (before shooting) and digital makeup services (added during retouching). For booking details and charges, please inquire with customer service.
- We recommend getting a good night's sleep the day before the shoot, avoiding excessive water intake before bed, and using a facial mask to keep skin hydrated for a refreshed look.
- If you have dry lips that may cause chapping, apply a thick layer of lip balm before bed to retain moisture.
- Glasses can cause reflections in photos, so we recommend wearing (clear) contact lenses.
- If you have eyelash extensions that appear sparse or uneven before the shoot, consider getting them touched up before your appointment. The number of extensions should look natural.
- For official ID photos, please follow the relevant regulations: avoid wearing colored contact lenses, keep your mouth closed, and ensure that your eyebrows, ears, and facial features are fully visible. Avoid wearing earrings, necklaces, nose rings, and glasses.
Shooting Instructions
- Facing the camera, most customers feel nervous. Practice your most comfortable smile and expression in front of a mirror before the shoot to achieve better results.
- ID photos are taken head-on, with a straight posture and direct gaze. If you feel any discomfort during the shoot, please inform the photographer, who will help adjust the shooting method.
- The studio shooting time is about 30 minutes (including testing, shooting, photo selection, and retouching). Actual shooting time may vary depending on the package and additional services selected.
- If you have any suggestions or wish to adjust your expressions and poses during the shoot, we can take additional photos within your reserved time to ensure you choose your favorite ones for retouching.
Retouching
- Once the photos are confirmed, the retoucher will start the process. Once retouching begins, selected photos cannot be changed. If needed, additional photos can be arranged for a fee.
- We recommend allowing at least 30 minutes after the shoot for waiting, retouching, and collecting photos. If you are in a hurry and need to leave immediately after the shoot, please use our online retouching service. Photos can be delivered locally via SF express or collected from the store by appointment.
- Online Retouching: Within three days after the shoot, retouched photos with watermarks will be uploaded for customer confirmation via email. If changes are needed, the retoucher can follow up (limited to three communications).
- Korean-style retouching can adjust skin tone, remove acne and scars, lift the face, straighten posture, remove stray hairs, and correct facial features while maintaining a natural look. However, personal features such as moles must remain unchanged.
- Retouching Time: 1-3 photos / 3 days, 4-5 photos / 5 days, 6-10 photos / 7 days, 11-20 photos / 10 days, 21-30 photos / 14 days. For more than 30 photos or urgent services, please contact customer service.
- If no response is received from the customer within 30 days after the retouched photos are sent, the initial retouched version will be finalized without further notice.
- Retouched digital files will be kept by the store for 30 days. Customers are advised to download the electronic files as backups when collecting printed photos. If files are not downloaded in time, a new paid appointment will be required to retrieve the photos.
